Practical guidance for process engineers, maintenance teams, environmental specialists and procurement: from input data and technology selection to troubleshooting, service and specification writing.
Pick a guide by equipment, contaminant, media, grade or industry: each one carries a selection table and a checklist.

At minimum: flow, temperature, pressure, contaminant composition and loading, target result, duty, allowable ΔP and a photo or drawing of the installation point.
Cartridges are compact and suit dry fine dust. Baghouses are often better for high loading, hot gas and severe continuous duty.
Identify the standard first. G/F are legacy EN 779 grades; ISO ePM belongs to ISO 16890. There is no exact universal conversion: compare test reports at equal airflow and ΔP.
A 10–50 μm cartridge is common, but the burner or valve manufacturer and the project set the requirement. Verify DN, PN, flow, ΔP, temperature, drainage and contamination.
For high dust, storms and cleaning without shutdown. Consider climate, particle distribution, humidity, compressed air, efficiency and allowable inlet ΔP.
Signs include rapid ageing, shrinkage, hydrolysis, burns, blinding, high residual ΔP, poor cake release or unstable emissions. Analyse the element and the duty history.
By pH, temperature, solvent, abrasion, particle size, filtrate clarity, cake release and cleaning method. Test several cloths for a new slurry.
Probe and line, consumables, flow and leak checks, zero/span, calibration, DAHS and communications, backup, service record and recommendations. Scope follows the quality method.
Price depends on capacity, materials, pressure, controls, installation and logistics. Compare quotations only after equal supply boundaries are defined.
Yes — once dimensions, seal, media, grade or rating, flow and conditions are confirmed. A code alone, without checking the parameters, can lead to a wrong selection.
Yes. Calculators provide an initial estimate but do not replace design calculations, safety review or manufacturer data.
Yes, across Central Asia and the CIS. Logistics, certification, installation and service are defined for each country and site.
The specification, datasheet, OEM reference, drawing, nameplate and mounting photos, process analysis, duty map and recent ΔP, emissions or filtrate data.
Yes — after auditing the housing, fan or pump, hydraulics, controls, site and actual duty. Media, compartments, pulse system, instrumentation, washing or membrane plates can be replaced.
This site limits a complete standard cartridge assembly to 135 °C maximum. Many supplied PET samples state 120 °C continuous. The final value is always confirmed by the complete-assembly datasheet.
Normally the intake air filter, oil filter and air-oil separator, subject to model and interval. Downstream coalescing filters, the dryer and automatic drains are checked separately.
It fits a baghouse tube sheet and follows different geometry and cleaning checks. Its high-temperature media ratings cannot be automatically applied to a standard cartridge.
We review the specification, identify missing measurements and propose a process arrangement and supply scope.
