Continuous monitoring of emissions, ambient air quality, water and effluent with data transmission to the regulator.
Continuous emission monitoring in the stack with data transmitted to the regulator. A rise in emissions is the first sign of a torn bag.

Data is available to both the operator and external systems: local HMI, archive, trends and alarm limits; industrial protocols and API/gateway; integration with a state or corporate platform once its technical interface is confirmed.
Representative sampling from the duct; back-purge and inlet filter.
Transports the sample to the analyser above dew point (120–180 °C).
Gas cooler (Peltier) and 2 – 5 µm filter; a spare filter cuts downtime.
Gas analysers, dust monitor, PLC cabinet, archive and reports.
Fibre / 4G / Ethernet; link to Ecoonline.uz or ASM with redundancy.
The standard defines at what emission levels a station is mandatory and what requirements it must meet. In force since 28 August 2024.
| Pollutant | Threshold, g/s |
|---|---|
| Particulates | 0.833 |
| Sulphur dioxide (SO₂) | 8.333 |
| Nitrogen oxides (NOx) | 8.333 |
| Carbon monoxide (combustion completeness indicator) | 1.388 |
| Carbon monoxide (other cases) | 27.777 |
| Hydrogen fluoride (HF) | 0.083 |
| Hydrogen chloride (HCl) | 0.417 |
| Hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) | 0.083 |
| Ammonia (NH₃) | 0.417 |
A station is also mandatory if any substance exceeds 60% of the total emission of all stationary sources. We determine which station your industry needs free of charge by comparing your emissions with the thresholds of the standard.
Oʻz MSt 194:2024 has been in force since 28 August 2024 and is mandatory for impact categories I and II; developed in line with BS EN 14181, with data sent to the Unified geoinformation database in real time. Our AQMS stations are built to these requirements.
No — the station only measures. But it gives early diagnostics: a rise in emissions is the first sign of a torn bag, and a jump in the dust monitor reading means a bag has failed. The dust monitor is fitted after the filter, before the ID fan.
80% of CEMS failures are the probe, the line and the sample filter. A line below dew point loses SO₂ and HCl, so it is heated to 120–180 °C. Back-purging extends the service interval and a spare filter cuts downtime.
From the actual emissions, not «with margin»: ranges from 0–50 to 0–5,000 mg/Nm³, accuracy ±2% of full scale, response under 60 s. A stock of calibration gases is required; calibration uses span gases and auto-zero.
Without a stable link the regulator does not accept the data, so the link is duplicated and a local archive (at least 3 years) keeps the measurements during the outage. The cabinet has a UPS and lightning protection.
Without met data the AQMS results cannot be tied to an emission source. The mast height is set by the method statement (2 / 10 m) and sensors are heated against icing. The station shows your site’s own contribution and works in tandem with CEMS.
Annually, under the QAL2 / AST procedures. The standard allows zero and span drift of no more than ±2% of full scale per week, so regular span and calibration gases are needed.
Water analysis, ranges, installation point, sampling conditions, communications and reporting requirements. Integration with a state or corporate platform follows once its technical interface is confirmed.
