Standard air cartridge: maximum 135 °C for the complete assembly; the supplied PET samples state up to 120 °C continuous. A fibre-only limit does not transfer to adhesive, end caps, cage and gasket.

TEMPERATURE

Temperature: media versus assembly

This site limits a standard cartridge element to 135 °C maximum. The supplied PET sheets state 120 °C continuous. Even if a fibre tolerates more, the adhesive, end caps, cage and gasket may limit the completed product. A substrate sheet therefore does not replace a cartridge assembly datasheet.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If cartridge life is short

In a cartridge collector, first check dust blinding, pleat velocity, pulse and grounding.

  1. 01Probable cause

Small area, sticky dust, depth loading, weak pulse.

  2. 02Check first

Flow, area, pleat velocity and dust properties.

  3. 03Action

Recalculate; choose nanofibre or membrane media if required.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum temperature of an air cartridge?

This site limits a complete standard cartridge assembly to 135 °C maximum. Many supplied PET samples state 120 °C continuous. The final value is always confirmed by the complete-assembly datasheet.

Can you match an OEM reference?

Yes — once dimensions, seal, media, grade or rating, flow and conditions are confirmed. A code alone, without checking the parameters, can lead to a wrong selection.
