CEMS station
A station that continuously measures flue gas emissions in the stack: a probe extracts the sample, which is conditioned and measured by analysers, and the results go automatically to the regulator.
A station that continuously measures flue gas emissions in the stack: a probe extracts the sample, which is conditioned and measured by analysers, and the results go automatically to the regulator.
A heated probe continuously draws a sample from the flue. A filter at the probe tip stops the dust, while the heated jacket keeps the sample at around 180 °C.
The sample reaches the container through an insulated, heated line. The line is kept above the dew point — otherwise SO₂ and HCl dissolve in the condensate and readings come out low.
Inside the container stands the sample conditioning cabinet: a gas cooler removes moisture, a fine filter catches the remaining dust and a pump keeps the flow stable.
The analysers in the cabinet continuously measure SO₂, NOₓ, CO, CO₂ and O₂. Dust is measured directly by a sensor mounted on the stack (in situ).
At set times the station checks itself against reference gases at the zero and span points. Any drift is logged and shown in the report — this is how the QAL3 requirement is met.
The controller collects the measurements, calculates averages and sends them over the data link. If the link drops, data is kept in memory and sent once the connection is restored.
Every measurement reaches the monitoring platform of the Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection (Ecoonline.uz) in real time. The same data also appears on the plant’s own dashboard.
Send us the stack dimensions, fuel type and required parameters — we will prepare the configuration, documentation and integration with the state platform.
