Cylindrical cartridge
An element for cartridge dust collectors: pleated media gives a large area in a compact size and is cleaned in place by compressed-air pulses.

The flange on the top cap seats the cartridge tightly in the tube sheet. External bands hold the pleat pack, so the pleats open evenly on each pulse.
The perforated inner core keeps the pleats from collapsing under vacuum, and the end caps seal the ends of the pleat pack.
Dusty air surrounds the cartridge from outside: dust forms a layer on the pleat surface, and clean air rises through the inner cavity. During a pulse, a reverse blast of air knocks the layer down into the hopper.
The surest way is to send us one used cartridge: we will replicate its dimensions and media exactly.
Send a used cartridge or a drawing — we will replicate the media and dimensions and offer a trial batch.
