Air-oil separator
Removes oil mist from compressed air in a screw compressor: oil carry-over drops to 1–3 mg/m³, and the oil returns to the circuit.

The flange is clamped under the separator tank cover; graphite gaskets and an earthing clip drain static charge. The white glass-fibre layer shows through the outer mesh.
The thick primary layer merges oil droplets into larger ones, and the secondary layer catches the rest. Inner and outer meshes hold the layers under pressure.
Oily air enters from outside: fine droplets merge on the fibres, grow heavier and drain down. The scavenge line returns the oil to the compressor, and clean air leaves through the flange.
We select the exact separator by OEM code or flange dimensions.
Send the OEM code or dimensions — we supply the separator, oil filter and intake filter as one kit.
