A pleated element that installs in place of a standard bag: the same tube sheet gets 2–3 times the filtration area, with no separate cage needed.
The top cuff locks into the tube-sheet hole with a snap band. The pleats make the element much shorter than a standard bag, leaving space above the hopper.
Pleats, inner cage and end caps are cast into a single element at the factory: no cage to fit and no clamps at installation.
Air passes through the pleated surface, and clean air exits upwards through the inner cage. Filtration velocity is lower, so the pressure drop falls and airflow can be increased.
First we install a trial set in one section and measure ΔP and outlet dust.
