Filter bag
The core element of a bag filter: a needle-felt bag is fitted over a cage and secured in the tube sheet with a snap-band ring.
The core element of a bag filter: a needle-felt bag is fitted over a cage and secured in the tube sheet with a snap-band ring.
A spring ring in the top cuff locks the bag into the tube-sheet hole — no bolts or clamps needed. The venturi and blowpipe above the tube sheet direct the pulse air into the bag.
During filtration the flow presses the bag inwards — the cage holds it in shape. The venturi boosts the pulse, and a blowpipe runs above each row of bags.
Dusty gas surrounds the bag from outside: dust builds a cake on the surface, and clean gas rises up from inside the bag. A short pulse flexes the bag and drops the dust cake into the hopper.
Media is chosen by gas temperature and dew point; we also check the condition of the cages.
Send the tube sheet dimensions and gas composition — we select the media, seam type and cage and supply a complete set.
